The Role: Sales Manager
Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to help grow their business in the branch's geographical area. As a key part of their team, you will work closely with colleagues to identify and develop new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and increase sales within the branch s geographical area.
- Identify, develop, and grow new and existing business accounts.
- Collaborate with a close-knit branch team to achieve high standards of business excellence.
- Independently plan and organise sales activities to meet and exceed targets.
- Build and sustain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service, both face-to-face and via telephone.
Essential Requirements:
- Hardworking, ambitious, and self-motivated with a determination to succeed.
- Proven ability to sell products and services effectively.
- Strong communication and customer care skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team.
- Professional and presentable appearance.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Valid UK driving licence.
Desirable:
- Previous sales experience in the electrical industry.
- A proven track record in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Knowledge of the local infrastructure and business landscape.
