Quantity Surveyor We have a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well established House Builder in Southampton. They have built a diverse portfolio of bespoke, high quality homes - from traditional properties in rural settings to contemporary town centre schemes. Role Overview: As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be involved from pre-construction through to final account. Key duties include procuring and managing sub-contract packages and contributing to monthly CVRs, reporting to the Commercial Manager Key Responsibilities: Manage pre-construction activities Procure sub-contract packages Produce monthly CVRsRequirements: Proven experience managing sub-contracts Experience working with a House BuilderWhat's on Offer: Salary up to £60k DOE Car allowance Career progression and trainingThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career with a well-established contractor offering long-term projects.
