Property Lawyer Progressive organisation seeks talented Property Lawyer to join their in-house legal team. This position offers high levels of flexibility and would be ideally suited to a Solicitor with strong commercial property law experience who is seeking a fresh challenge. The Role: Provide legal advice on high value and complex property matters Help ensure the successful delivery of projects and schemes Support the Principal Lawyer and Service Lead Draft and negotiate property legal documents Draft instructions to external law firms About You: Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or FCILEX Experience in commercial property law Knowledge of compulsory purchase law Our offer The salary progression for this role is £48,069 to £54,690 28 days Annual Leave plus bank holidays Generous Employer-Contribution Pension Scheme Free Travel on rail and buses across West Yorkshire Hybrid working, including agile working and flexi-time scheme Bright, airy, modern office space
