About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager with a strong B2B focus to join a team in London. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving lead generation, collaborating closely with the sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives. Additionally, you will leverage your experience in visual merchandising (VM) to effectively showcase our products in-store, enhancing the customer experience and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation:

Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aimed at generating high-quality leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel, and maximizing conversion rates. Sales Collaboration:

Work closely with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives, ensuring seamless integration between marketing initiatives and sales follow-up. Visual Merchandising (VM):

Utilize your expertise in visual merchandising to create impactful in-store displays that effectively showcase our products, drive customer engagement, and boost sales. Collaborate with retail teams to implement VM strategies that align with our brand and product offerings. Campaign Management:

Create and manage integrated online and offline marketing campaigns that target key decision-makers within the healthcare and aesthetics industry. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize lead generation and conversion

Requirements: Essential: Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation and sales collaboration. Experience working in one of the following sectors: Beauty/Aestehtics/Skincare/wellness Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and sales growth. Experience in visual merchandising (VM) with the ability to create and implement effective in-store displays that enhance product visibility and drive sales. Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.). Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to internal and external stakeholders.
