ServiceNow Consultant - London/Hybrid - Up to £60,000 + Benefits

Opus are collaborating with a reputable ServiceNow Partner who are the go to for ITSM & ITOM implementations throughout the UK! They are going through an exciting grow period off the back of securing a strong pipeline going into Q1 next year! Projects range from medium to enterprise in size whilst providing a broad scope of industry allowing you to broaden your project experience. The ideal Consultant would have a minimum 3 year's hands on experience with ServiceNow (Ideally ITSM &/or ITOM projects) where you will continue to bolster your skillset whilst benefitting from a collaborative environment & dedicated L&D services for your own personal development. You will be working in a team of 10 specialists with an overall headcount of 60-80 in size! Responsibilities: Implementing workflows, service catalogues, ITIL processes, Demand & release management modules Developing, installing, integrating & Troubleshooting a variety of ServiceNow applications Maintain system documentation, tech notes, testing, software deployment & disaster recovery Liaise with multiple stakeholders, understand requirements Requirements: 3+ year's hands on ServiceNow experience Consultancy experience is highly desirable Hands on experience with ITSM &/or ITOM projects Strong configuration experience with workflows, holding workshops, deployment Experience with ITIL, ServiceNow Platform, API's, Service Portal/Applications Familiar with SDLC & Agile methodologies Must be certified Full rights to work in the UK Offering: Up to £60,000 base salary Annual bonus Bursary for additional learning & Development Funded Certifications 1-1 mentorship where needed for you own personal development Strong culture & collaboration Pension contribution 25 days holiday (Can buy more) For more information please apply below or email me directly via: [email protected].
