Are you a Warehouse or Stores Administrator? Are you competent working on MRP/ERP systems or Excel? Do you understand stores and able to procure parts when required? If so an opportunity to join a successful Aerospace business based in Nottingham! Warehouse Administrator Permanent Opportunity ASAP Start Monday – Friday 8:00am - 16:15pm Nottingham Warehouse Administrator Job Description: Checking and replenishing inventory, liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes and price comparisons to ensure best value for money and most efficient lead times Inputting new stock items and locations on the MRP system or Excel Performing weekly counts on maintenance stock items to a high degree of accuracy and inputting detailed records of all counts Picking of stock and kitting of parts – this will include receiving deliveries Working closely with maintenance and PPM teams to obtain projected usage levels and making sure there is a constant stock supply in line with project requirementsWarehouse Administrator Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Must have experience with Excel (V-lookups, Pivot table, SumIf minimum) Proven experience within a stores/warehouse environment or procurement experience Engineering and manufacturing experience (Advantageous but not essential)Company Benefits: Private healthcare Production related bonus scheme Life assurance 25 days holiday + bank holidaysPlease apply below if this role is of interest
