Earnings : up to £36,000 inclusive of service charge (£12.84 + service charge) Location : London, EC2M 3YD Contract type : Permanent, full time, latest finishing time 22.00, 40 hours. As a Pasta Chef/Chef de Partie , you'll work in the fresh pasta restaurant located on the ground floor of our Liverpool Street store. You will work with fresh ingredients and handmade fresh pasta, to craft authentic Italian dishes. Requirements At least 2 years of experience at a Chef de Partie level or equivalent in high-volume kitchens. Knowledge of fresh pasta making is beneficial but we will teach you how to use our equipment and make fresh handmade pasta from scratch!
