Key Responsibilities: Supporting students with profound, severe, and complex learning difficulties, including ASD, in their daily activities and learning. Assisting with personal care tasks as needed, ensuring the comfort and well-being of students. Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to implement individualised education plans (EHCPs) and behaviour management strategies.
