They are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their current design team. Key Responsibilities Preparation of detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software. Development and execution of design solutions for a variety of often complex needs. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with Building Regulations and other statutory requirements. Prepare and submit applications for Building Regulations approval and other statutory approv- als. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Conduct research and gather data to support project development and decision-making. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and specifications. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes. About you Suitable candidates should be able to demonstrate: Degree in Architectural Technology or a related field. Proficiency in REVIT software. Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction processes and planning procedures. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
