**Commercial Finance Sales Analyst with food industry finance experience**

Requirements:
As a result of our continued success, we are looking to hire a Commercial Finance Sales Analyst.
This is a new role, that will help us identify opportunities for growth and commercial insights to support business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Business Partnering with Commercial Team to identify growth opportunities, using/analysing sales/ customer/ pricing/cost data.
- Performance Reporting – prepare, consolidate and analyse daily and weekly trackers and dashboards. Create & deep dive into reports, highlighting insights and making data driven recommendations to enhance growth.
- Costing & Pricing – partner with procurement to provide data for price forecasting, update pricing information and contribute to costing analysis
- Forecasting – create financial models and forecasting for budgets, presenting potential opportunities for cost savings, profit, and growth.
- Commercial Analysis – adhoc for projects and contributing to business planning
Requirements
- University degree in relevant area - eg. business/management, supply chain, finance
- Food industry/fmcg experience
- Understands and worked with operational finance, financial forecasting and sales data analysis
- Analyst with keen eye for detail and super with numbers
- Commercial mindset and can provide evidence of commercial analysis
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, works flexibly and is open to change
- Enjoy business partnering and collaborating with others at all levels, is a team player
- Curious, data-driven, looks for insights and opportunities - evidenced by data
- Good communication skills, written and verbal, can make complex appear simple
- Good at building relationships and dealing with people at all levels
- Driven, self-motivated, ambitious
- Can work independently and as part of a te
- Advanced excel, working with spreadsheets
- Power BI/Dashboard tools - creating and leveraging would be an asset
- Able to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and prioritise
- Works in a methodical & structured way
- Monitors industry trends and market research to find untapped opportunities
