Cleaning Supervisor

I am currently recruiting for a permanent Cleaning Supervisor to join a large team in Grays, Essex, The hours are 4 on 4 off rota pattern, hours are 6am - 6pm and 10am - 10pm, You will be expected too, * Lead and Motivate a team * Manage cleaning standards in rest rooms, customer areas, car park facilities, * Ability to support operation team in managing shift rotas * Involved in development, training, stock and materials, The ideal candidate will need, * Cleaning knowledge * The ability to lead a team * Adaptability to situations, The company can offer you, * Over time, extra hours * Great experience and training in the industry * Progression within the business for the right person, Sound like the perfect role for you?
