Multiskilled / Air Conditioning Engineer at Accolade Building Care Ltd - Part of FORTH® Group. Due to continued growth, we're on the hunt for more Engineers to join the team here at Accolade. ? Responsible for servicing and maintaining a variety of different Air Conditioning & Ventilation systems across our client sites based in Hampshire and Dorset. D2D) ??25 Days Holiday Bank Holidays Bupa Healthcare Top of the range Company Vehicle Key Qualifications and Experience: NVQ Level 2 / F - Gas Cert IPAF / PASMA Certification: Proficiency in working safely at heights, using powered access platforms, and assembling, altering, and dismantling mobile access towers. Air Conditioning Maintenance: Extensive experience in maintaining a variety of AC units, including split systems, VRVs, VRFs, as well as twin and multi-split units. Plumbing Skills: Competence in performing basic plumbing tasks to support HVAC systems and related infrastructure. Water Treatment: L8 Training desirable. Multiskilled in Ventilation Systems: Expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting various ventilation systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to interact effectively with clients, collaborate with office teams, and work harmoniously with colleagues to deliver high-quality service.
