About the role: As a Retail Supervisor at Cefinn, you are a key pillar of the management team, representing the core values of our brand. You are responsible for creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere in-store, providing exceptional service, and managing day-to-day operations. Your leadership will guide and motivate the team to meet store objectives, while embodying the quality and spirit of the Cefinn brand in everything you do. About you: Proven experience in retail, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. An eye for detail with styling and visual merchandising. Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and confidence in resolving customer complaints. Flexibility and the ability to embrace change and new systems. Knowledge of till operations and inventory management is a plus. Passionate about fashion and able to demonstrate knowledge of Cefinn style and customers.
