Position: Assistant Technical Coordinator Sector: Residential Development Employment Type: Full-Time We are working with a leading residential developer known for delivering high-quality, homes. They are looking for an Assistant Technical Coordinator to join their team on a large RC frame residential scheme. This role is crucial to ensure the smooth delivery of our projects, from pre-construction through to completion Key Responsibilities: Oversee design deliverables and ensure alignment with project deadlines. Coordinate Information flow to the site and sales teams Review and issue information from document systems to various parties Control building control and planning tracker Monitor and control all project information, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Track design programs. Collaborate with various departments (Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Land/Planning, Finance, and Construction) to ensure seamless project integration. Produce and procure necessary technical drawings and documents. Manage the Document Control System to maintain accurate project records. Ensure all necessary legal agreements and warranties are in place. Provide technical support to the wider technical teamQualifications and Skills: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field or qualified via experience Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within residential development and RC frame construction. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Proficient in design and document control systems. Ability to liaise effectively with external consultants and stakeholders.
