Primary School Teacher - Sandwell

Key Responsibilities: * Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences across all primary year groups. * Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and school cultures. * Follow lesson plans provided by the regular class teacher or create engaging lessons when necessary. * Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. * Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and conducive learning atmosphere. * Collaborate with school staff to support the academic and social development of pupils. Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. * Proven experience teaching across all primary year groups. * Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to new environments swiftly. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Reliable, punctual, and highly organized. * Must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle, as the role requires travel between different schools within Sandwell. * Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
