We are exclusively partnering with a niche jewellery brand, seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial UK Country Manager to serve as the local ambassador of a growing luxury brand. You will play a pivotal role in driving both retail and wholesale channels, while working closely with the corporate headquarters to develop the UK market. As the face of the brand in the UK, you will be responsible for acquiring new wholesale clients, identifying new distribution channels, and fostering strong, long-term business relationships. This role is ideal for someone eager to take on a leadership position with a focus on sales management, customer relationship building, and market development. The role requires weekly travels in various UK locations, so it is important to be flexible. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded. Generate brand visibility and enhance in-store performance. Lead creative and proactive brand promotions and sell-out challenges to engage partners. Build, maintain, and develop solid business relationships with clients. Coordinate presentations and sell-in of new collections. Organize regular product and sales training for partners. Develop new collaborations Act as a brand ambassador, representing the brand in local events and activities. Confidently handle detailed sales reporting and market insights. Team Management: Translate strategic business goals into actionable plans and inspire the team to deliver results. Create a positive, empowering work environment that fosters innovation and teamwork. Maintain a customer-centric mindset, ensuring the highest level of client experience. Profile: Wholesale experience in the jewellery/watches sector, ideally with a strong UK network. Highly motivated and results-oriented with a track record of reaching targets. Proven business acumen and commercial experience, with strong analytical and IT skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a performance-driven, service-oriented approach. Strong negotiation skills, natural leadership abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. Classy appearance, positive attitude, and an enthusiastic personality. High attention to detail, responsibility, self-organization, and communication. Fluency in English is required.
