Title: Web DesignerLocation: London 1 - 2 days a week - flexibleCompany: Established B2C business used globallyDay rate: £300 per day (Outside IR35) for 4 - 6 monthsI am seeking a Web Designer who is a highly capable with CSS. The role will involve converting Figma landing page templates into fully functional and responsive CSS layouts. Your CSS will need to be structured in a modular and reusable way to ensure efficiency across all designs.This company are half way through a rebrand and things are on track. At this stage, they are now building out a component library and experience with Storybook is beneficial. You will play a pivotal role in setting up and maintaining this library alongside creating the CSS for the landing pages. This job is focused on speed and precision, so we need someone who can deliver quickly without sacrificing quality.Responsibilities:Translate Figma designs into high-quality, reusable CSS code.Create and maintain a robust CSS architecture to handle multiple landing page templates with shared components.Collaborate on building a component library in Storybook for use across multiple projects.Work closely with designers and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end elements.Maintain and improve code quality, adhering to best practices in CSS, responsiveness, and performance.?Requirements:Expertise in CSSExperience with FigmaProficiency in StorybookDeep understanding of responsive design principles and practicesHTML and Javascript knowledge2 stage, remote video interview process.
