We have an exciting opportunity for a Dynamics 365FO Practice Manager to join an ambitious, growing Microsoft Partner. Role Overview: As the Dynamics 365FO Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and expanding a smaller but dynamic practice within an international MS Partner. This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on project delivery and leadership responsibilities. You’ll guide a team of consultants, shape project strategy, and drive practice growth while remaining involved in high-impact implementations. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Dynamics 365FO consultants. Oversee and participate in end-to-end Dynamics 365FO implementations. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic consultancy to deliver tailored solutions. Play a key role in shaping the practice’s growth strategy, working towards scaling the team and services. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business development and identify new opportunities within the market. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics 365FO trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge solutions for clients. About You: Extensive experience in Dynamics 365FO/AX, with a background in consultancy. Ready to transition into a leadership role, with a passion for mentoring and developing teams. Strong functional knowledge of Finance & Operations modules, with hands-on implementation experience. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Motivated to contribute to the growth of a smaller practice within an international setting. UK based and willing to travel as needed for client engagements. Why Join?
