We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Support professional to join a leading supplier in grounds maintenance and arboriculture equipment. Your Role: As the Field Sales Support, you will be the vital link for the on-the-road sales personnel, enabling them to maximise their time with customers. Your role will be crucial in driving sales growth in your designated geographical area. Key Responsibilities: Follow-Up Work & Messages: Ensure timely communication and follow-up on leads to enhance customer relationships. Reports & Planning Tasks: Prepare sales reports and assist in strategic planning to optimise sales performance. Route Planning & Appointment Making: Organise travel routes and set appointments for the sales team to ensure efficient operations. Proactive Telephone Sales Work: Engage with potential clients through proactive outreach to generate leads and schedule meetings. Quotes & Progress Reports: Prepare quotes and track progress, providing necessary updates to the sales team and clients. Other Duties as Required: Assist with additional tasks that contribute to overall sales success. Requirements What We’re Looking For: Strong Communication Skills: Excellent literacy and telephone skills to effectively engage with clients and team members. Organisational Excellence: Accurate and organised approach to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Team Player: A collaborative spirit with a willingness to support colleagues. Enthusiastic & Energetic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. IT Proficiency: A solid understanding of IT tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Sales Experience Preferred: Previous experience in road-based sales is beneficial for understanding the importance of this role.
