The school is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their primary school to work alongside the teachers in KS1 (Year 1 and Year 2).The ideal teaching assistant will have a Level 3 in Childcare.We are looking for a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant to support the teachers in KS1 in this Primary School.Your Key Responsibilities will include:Assisting the class teacher with general teaching assistant duties.Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.Supporting and encouraging children to stay engaged in lessons.Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the children's needs are met.You must have:Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance or equivalent.Experience working with primary school children for at least 20 days in the last 2 years, either as a Teaching Assistant or as a Volunteer within a youth organisation.Eligible to work in the UK.Good knowledge of the English National Curriculum.SEND Experience is preferred, but it is not essential.To Apply: Click Apply here or send your CV to [email protected] or visit our website for more information.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.
