Key Responsibilities: As a Teaching Assistant in Primary or Secondary Schools you would work with students on a 1:1, Group or Intervention basis to support the children and class Teacher. Foster a positive learning environment. Manage classroom behaviour effectively. Collaborate with school staff.Requirements: Experience with Primary or Secondary aged children. Flexibility to adapt to different school environments. SEND Experience an advantage but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
