We are looking for a main contractor s Project Manager who will act as project lead on a £120m residential-led, new build, 300 unit development in Willesden. The role is with a leading West London-based self-build developer which, due to a large injection of investment finance is now the best capitalised in Greater London so can offer an unrivalled pipeline of forthcoming major projects all within North London.
Reporting to a visiting contracts manager, the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to set the job up by attending to any outstanding pre-construction activities this year before commencing construction in January and then deliver 300 one, two and three bedroom new community homes, with 50 affordable units and 25 family apartments.

- A career record of building £50m+ RC frame developments for main contractors.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Employment commencement is anticipated this side of Christmas and salary is a highly competitive £90k to £110k + package.
