Digital Marketing - The Growth Hacking Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role requires a creative and data-driven individual who can identify growth opportunities, execute innovative campaigns, and measure their impact effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and digital product development.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive growth strategies to achieve business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Customer Journey Mapping : Analyse and optimize the customer journey to ensure a seamless and engaging experience, identifying points of friction and opportunities for improvement.
Audience Targeting and Segmentation : Refine audience targeting strategies to reach the right customers with the right message at the right time.
Data Analysis: Analyse data from various sources to uncover insights, track performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities. Use data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Sales Process Optimization : Analyse and refine the digital sales process to improve efficiency, reduce sales cycles, and increase conversion rates. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to address them.
Digital Marketing: Identify and propose optimization opportunities on digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising to drive growth.
Experimentation and Testing : Design and run A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to identify the most effective growth tactics and optimize performance.
Digital Product Optimization : Collaborate with the product team to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and improve product features based on user feedback and data analysis.
Lead Generation and Management : Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement lead generation strategies. Ensure effective lead management and nurturing to maximize conversion rates.
Technology Utilization : Leverage digital sales tools and technologies (e.g, AdTech, Martech, Web & App Channels, analytics platforms) to enhance sales performance.
Value Management: develop uplift estimates and business cases for individual initiatives as well as track results to maximize ROI.
