The Building Surveyor Role The successful degree qualified Building Surveyor should have the appetite to become Chartered (MRICS), or could be well on their way through their APC. You can expect to be working across mainly central London, providing services on prestigious residential and commercial buildings, but also mid-range residential houses and apartments. The Building Consultancy is a medium sized practice, with 75 employees, ranging across 2 offices. Very sociable team, with frequent events.
