Salary: 30000- 40000 (dependent on experience)

My client is searching for a motivated and passionate Architect with creative design flare to join their RIBA chartered team in Liverpool. The well-established practice has an exceptional reputation and offers services from inception to completion through Commercial, Residential and Education projects.
The successful Architect will have sufficient experience post part 3 qualification and will enjoy working on projects across all RIBA stages. You will have a creative mind and will always aim to provide excellent client led solutions. Revit, AutoCAD and Photoshop proficiency is essential.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:
- Sufficient UK-based experience post Part 3 qualification
- ARB registered
- Confident liaising with clients, contractors and the wider team
- Residential and commercial experience is beneficial
- Able to work through all RIBA stages
- Great knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Revit proficiency is essential
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
