We’re looking for a Senior Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join our ever evolving Global SMB Marketing team to help us unleash the potential of every business. Given our exciting and aggressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Sr Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join the International SMB Marketing Team. In this role you will plan, develop and implement revenue generating marketing strategies for our primary strategic solutions; one of which is our new ecommerce payment solution; Worldpay Ecommerce. With deep domain expertise of the entire ecommerce ecosystem, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of small online business customers at scale, building a developer engagement strategy and journey, and leveraging shopping cart partners and other third parties to meet key business KPIs and metrics tied to revenue performance. As well as the above, the Sr Ecommerce Marketing Manager will also build and deliver the marketing strategy and lead generation campaigns to promote other strategic solutions offered by Worldpay including Worldpay EPOS; a fully integrated EPOS solution to help small businesses thrive. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy for our strategic solutions portfolio to drive customer acquisition ensuring alignment with the commercial objectives across the SMB line of business. Build and execute a growth and performance marketing strategy for our leading strategic solution; Worldpay Ecommerce, acquiring high-volumes of online small businesses directly and through third parties including developers, shopping carts and other commercial partners Build the Worldpay Ecommerce narrative within the developer community, define the developer online experience, and create a developer engagement strategy to drive exponential sales growth. Identify and leverage relationships with third parties and shopping cart partners to drive marketing and revenue opportunities for Worldpay Ecommerce Leverage our in-house digital, creative, marketing automation and media teams to build creative and engaging lead generation campaigns that resonate with target audiences Create a buzz and buy-in around our marketing initiatives, being a champion for our strategic solutions portfolio that delivers commercial results. Work closely with wider business stakeholders and Go-To-Market team to ensure our messaging and creative assets convey the value proposition and are compelling to viewers. Utilize analytics and data insights to drive marketing initiatives, optimize lead to board funnels, and measure impact. Understand, manage, and report on all strategic solution marketing-related KPIs through dashboards and reports, ensuring our marketing efforts are delivering ROI. Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement driving commercial results. Communicate and present the performance of our strategic solutions marketing initiatives to marketing leaders, commercial leaders, executive management, and other key business stakeholders. Monitor and feedback on competitor marketing activities ensuring Worldpay remain ahead in the ecommerce and EPOS market 5 years+ of experience in a results-focused ecommerce marketing role (payments experience a plus) ~ Deep understanding and hands-on marketing experience targeting different audiences within the ecommerce ecosystem including online businesses, developers and shopping cart partners to generate successful commercial opportunities at scale ~ Proven track record of successfully building marketing strategies to launch and penetrate high profile strategic solutions into the market ~ A can-do attitude with a passion to accelerate marketing activities to market ~ Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven marketing and decision-making. ~ Creative, proactive, self-starter and a problem solver ~ Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business, advanced degree is a plus.
