Are you ready to join a leading residential managing agent in the UK? Daniel Owen are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Valuation Surveyor, within the London area. Key Responsibilities: Specialise in providing valuation advice on a variety of property assets. Assist and undertake formal Red Book valuations for various purposes. Support asset management and consultancy advice for landlord clients. Collaborate with a diverse range of clients, including investors, developers, landed estates, charities, and legal professionals. Maintain department databases. Stay informed about local and national real estate markets and industry trends. Provide timely professional advice, ensuring deadlines are met. Key Skill: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own caseload and prioritise urgent tasks to meet deadlines. Excellent verbal, numerical, and report writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with a strong knowledge of Excel and desirable financial modeling skills. Previous experience using valuation software such as Argus Enterprise or KEL Sigma. Team player with enthusiasm and self-motivation.Requirements: RICS qualified. Demonstrated practical understanding of commercial and residential properties and valuations. Degree or Master's degree.
