The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mould making or high precision engineering.Key Responsibilities:Interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce accurate inserts and tooling.To be involved in mould trials, evaluate results, and make necessary adjustments to meet production standards.Work closely with the engineering and quality teams to ensure moulds meet regulatory and quality standards (ISO 13485, FDA, etc.).Utilize CNC machines, EDM, lathes, mills, grinders, and other tools to produce and refine moulds.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mould performance and product quality.Implement continuous improvement practices to optimize mould production processes, reduce cycle times, and minimize defects.Keep detailed records of mould specifications, maintenance, and modifications. Qualifications:Proven experience as a Mould Maker or High Precision Engineer, preferably in the medical device industry.Strong knowledge of mould making techniques, injection moulding, tooling, and materials.Experience with CNC machining, EDM, and other relevant equipment.Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. What We Offer:Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-growing industry.A supportive and collaborative work environment focused on innovation.Opportunities for professional growth and development.How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their qualifications and experience to [email protected] .
