Sales Development Manager - B2B Technology Enterprise Software Sales

If you are ambitious with a B2B "customer first" approach to selling regardless of industry, join our first-class new business development sales team responsible for winning new clients in Corporate, NHS, and Local Government sectors.


Our team benefits from comprehensive marketing support, a business development team that help set meetings and generates leads, pre-sales support, and exceptional sales tools and training for a leading risk management platform.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide prospective customers with an expert consultative solutions approach to satisfying their needs
  • Conduct highly prepared and professional client meetings to generate new business.
  • Present tailored demos, data insights, business case summaries, and sales proposals.
  • Follow up on leads to generate meetings, provided by our in-house Marketing team and partners.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to secure more meetings.
  • Utilise Salesforce CRM and other tools to track contacts and generate new opportunities.
  • Submit monthly reports and sales forecasts; actively participate in monthly sales meetings.
  • Continuously learn, master your profession, progress, and have fun.


We Are Looking For Someone With

1. A 5-year proven track record in delivering new B2B sales in any sector.

2. Demonstrated expertise in selling to corporate and public-sector clients.

3. Proven sales expertise using approaches such as MEDDIC or Challenger

4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage senior decision-makers.

5. High integrity, intelligence, passion, and energy.

6. Reside within a 45 minute drive of Reading, Berkshire.
