Are you a corporate tax lawyer looking for a change? A&M Search has been instructed on behalf of an International UK law firm on a position for a Corporate Tax Knowledge Lawyer. The role sits within the firms high performing and busy Tax & Structuring team. The team services both domestic and international clients through a combination of expertise including private equity, m&a, and real estate. The role will includes but is not limited to, updating fee-earners on the implications of legal developments, updating wider-firm colleagues on relevant legal developments, changes of law relevant to their practices (eg post Budget), and working in an advisory capacity in supporting T&S team with complex research queries, helping them develop the skills to find answers for themselves. Be an experienced Tax Lawyer seeking a change in direction OR a current Knowledge Lawyer/PSL with experience of working in a tax focused role Have excellent interpersonal, drafting and writing skills
