We are partnered with a Local Authority in Southampton to resource a Recruitment Administrator for their HR Team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for administering the end to end recruitment process and using an in-house e-recruitment system to advertise roles and to update and maintain candidate details. You will deal with both candidate and manager queries, whilst providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for performing pre-employment checks.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in a fast-paced admin environment as well as strong customer service skills. Experience in a recruitment environment is desirable but not essential.
What you'll get in return
- £13.79/hour + holiday pay
- 6 month assignment with potential for extension
- Hybrid working
- 37 hours/week
