Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Provide expert advice on bathroom fittings, furniture, and accessories. Guide customers through the design process, offering product recommendations and layout advice. Prepare detailed quotes and manage sales transactions from start to finish. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product ranges and industry trends. Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the bathroom, home improvement, or interior design sector. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A passion for design with an ability to visualize and advise on layouts and products. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
