The post holder would ensure delivery of an optimum level of clinical and therapeutic care together with ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, quality standards and delivering against key performance indicators. Your aim will be to build a team and cultivate a culture that fosters learning, growth, and professionalism, all the while recognising both collective and individual accomplishments across the service. As a member of the Senior Management, the role holder will play a key part in leading and delivering the hospital strategy, providing operational and clinical leadership to the wider staff group in support of the Hospital Manager. CANDIDATE REQS/QUALS:Experience of being a qualified Senior Mental Health Nurse with minimum 2 years managerial experience.Experience of interpreting and analysing complex information and managing complex circumstances.Partnership working with other statutory and voluntary agenciesExperience of setting, monitoring and evaluating standards for high quality careExperience of preparing and presenting reports at senior management levelAbility to change practice, culture and outcomes across professional boundariesExperience of setting therapeutic boundaries with patients who exhibit challenging and high-risk behaviours that require advanced interventions to enable effective de-escalation.Ideally experience of working with patients within the service lines or similar.Experience of working with partner organisations, commissioners and external stakeholdersAble to enthuse and inspire others using advanced communication, presentation skillsPROCESSScreening call with consultant Ashley Collishaw, if successful and offered an interview, this will be on-site with the Hospital Director and Operations Director, followed by a tour of the Hospital.CONTACT DETAILSIf you would like to be considered for this exciting opportunity, please contact Ashley Collishaw directly on 0161 527 9631.
