Consultancy Services Executive - The Role: Advance HE has expertise that is valued worldwide by leaders in higher education. You'll help us share it by helping to manage the end-to-end delivery of diverse consultancy projects. Your main focus will be a project commissioned by a large charitable organisation. Joining our Delivery services team, you'll have every opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in project management. We'll look to you to provide excellent customer and client support while coordinating a number of different projects and programmes. You'll monitor progress against targets, and keep clients and team members updated. You will also collate and update project information and deal with day-to-day financial administration such as purchase orders and invoices. You're likely to have some experience of working in a client-focused organisation where you will have supported projects of all sizes. This should include working with a range of IT systems. You'll bring a collaborative, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and evolve. Consultancy Services Executive - Knowledge, skills and experience We are looking for: Excellent organisational skills The ability to work with key client contacts up to senior levels Experience of gathering data, and overseeing budgets and schedules Excellent IT skills including CRM systems and databases Insight into the higher education sector A willingness to travel Well-developed communication skills About Advance HE: Advance HE is a member-led, sector-owned charity that works with institutions and higher education across the world to improve higher education for staff, students and society.
