We passionately care for the protection of people and the environment whilst conducting our business wherever we operate around the globe The Opportunity: HS&E Graduate We are on the lookout for an ambitious and motivated HS&E Graduate to become an integral part of our dynamic team.This role is an exciting opportunity to develop into a key player in the protection of people and the environment.Your training will guide you towards being a valued colleague supporting and steering our varied teams around the legal framework and the aligned Altrad Management Systems specifically designed for implementation around a sustainable future. Under the guidance of experienced professionals and through accredited mentorship programs, you will develop a broad range of skills and work towards achieving both operational and academic qualifications that will lead to Chartered or Fellowship status. Your Role and Responsibilities • Build and maintain an ongoing knowledge of relevant HS&E Legislation and international standards. • Engage with and provide support and advice for Management Teams. • By direct engagement, encourage continual HS&E Improvement across multi-discipline teams. • Undertake HS&E audits and inspections and generate relevant reports. • Support the investigation of unwanted events. • Maintain strong and reliable relationships with internal and external stakeholders promoting a positive Altrad company reputation Who we are looking for Preferably hold or be actively working towards a degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, with the ability to integrate these into daily engineering practices. A genuine enthusiasm to pursue a career in HS&E with a commitment to continuous personal development.
