Mac Engineer

Salary: £47,500 D.O.E World Class Training Programme Location: Central London / Hybrid + Flexible Working An expanding MSP based in London is on the lookout for a Senior Mac Engineer to join their London team. This provides the opportunity to deal with a wide range of Mac and JAMF user support as well as the chance to work on some very exciting projects they have in the works for the coming year. Job Summary In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support for Mac OS and Mac devices to a wide customer base. Your work will be split between helpdesk support to clients. There will also be the opportunity to go on client site visits. Role Responsibilities: Provide support for Mac systems and applications Great customer service skills Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues Monitor and maintain system performance Provide guidance and advice on system optimisation Liaise with vendors and clients Knowledge of scripting (Bash is a bonus) Ability to prioritise and manage time effectivelyTechnical skills: Strong Mac OS Experience Great Customer service JAMF / JAMF Pro Apple Business Manager Bash or PowerShell scripting (Bash preferred) Basic Firewall knowledge Driving license not essential but preferredClear and defined progression and training plan.
