Fantastic chance to join an early stage software (SaaS) start-up and be directly mentored by an incredibly experienced Sales Director.
This business has developed it's own E-Learning software platform that it has sold to Utility, Construction, Recruitment and Trade Association businesses. Their software is a single, all-in-one platform, with two unique designs; one for training providers to use and teach their customers, and another for corporate organisations to use and invite their training providers - all interconnected in a unique, online social ecosystem for teaching and learning.
The role will be a new business sales role, looking to find new customers for the business. It is a full sales role involving prospecting, customer demos, site visits, closing deals and attending conferences. You will be supported by am Marketing function (generating leads) and a Technical Architect to help with customer demos / implementations.
Your manager is a very experienced software sales leader with both start-up and big tech' company experience, so this is a fantastic development opportunity for the right individual.
The role would suit someone in an SDR/BDR/Internal sales role who is looking for an opportunity to be a field based sales person / Account Executive.
The role is a hybrid working one, with 2 days in the company offices (Manchester) and 3 days home working. Earning potential is uncapped but should see you earn 70k+ in year 1, if targets are realised.
Requirements to be considered for this opportunity:
- 1-3 years in new business, B2B selling. Could be in SaaS, Technology, Financial Services, Recruitment.
- Experience in cold calling and presenting solutions to customers.
- Ideally degree educated
- Greater Manchester based and must be able to drive / have access to a vehicle.
