Job Title: Project Manager Location: Bromsgrove Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role of Project Manager: PSR solutions are looking for a Project Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering high quality projects across a variety of sectors - Initially a £10m+ office project in Bromsgrove. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager or a driven Senior Site Manager looking for the step up. Project Manager Key Responsibilities: Plan the entire project deliver to meet contractual and industry standards. Organise the resources so that suitable resources are available to deliver the project on time and defect free. Organise resources and the activities of staff to maximise financial and commercial returns. Coordinate with the commercial staff to ensure the resources, supply chain and contractual opportunities can be utilised to maximise returns. Monitor safety on site and feedback learnings into the businessProject Manager Requirements: You have a track record of delivery projects up to £30m in value The ability to build and maintain client relationshipsWhat We Offer: Competitive salary package of £65,000 - £75,000.
