Job Description We're seeking a talented CNC Turner to join one of our prestigious clients based in Derby! Youll utilise your expertise to produce high-quality components with precision and efficiency. Work with state-of-the-art equipment in a dynamic and supportive environment where your skills will be valued and your contributions recognised. This is a Full-Time, Permanent position! What youll be doing Set and operate CNC lathe to produce components to specifications Work to production requirements and schedules Load raw materials onto the machine and remove finished parts Interpret engineering drawings Select appropriate cutting tools and attachments for each job Make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and accuracy Use measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers etc Maintain a safe working environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow Hours Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Pay £29,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience) Skills/Experience Required Previous CNC Turning / Lathe experience is essential Able to interpret engineering drawings Excellent attention to detail Problem-solving skills Teamwork and communication skills Benefits 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Competitive salary Company pension Free onsite parking Day Shifts No Weekends Free fruit Free tea & coffee Monthly prize draws Quarterly bonus Essential All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
