Category Analyst - Drinks

A leading international drinks business are currently searching for a driven and ambitious Category Analyst to join the UK business. This role will be supporting key retail relationships (Inc Grocery, Convenience & Impulse) and is key role within the wider commercial and marketing function. The business is enjoying plenty of success with their retail customers and there's a huge opportunity to grow the premium end of the category in which they have a presence. It's a role and opportunity for a talented category analyst to join the business and really make an impact. Key responsibilities include: Working in partnership with marketing and commercial teams on strategic projects inc brand planning, NPD, EPDDelivering key insights to customers to unlock category growth opportunitiesStrong insight / analytical experience is important in this role, and you will ideally have experience working across various different types of retailer. ie Grocery, convenience, wholesale, discounters etc.This will best suit someone with a strong interest in the drinks industry looking to develop their career within an exciting and growing categoryLocation: West MidlandsPackage: £30,000 - £35,000 + BenefitsAs well as a highly competitive basic salary this role provides a range of fantastic benefits, including a company car allowance, bonus, contributory pension scheme, private health care flexible benefits scheme and much more!
