Registered Home Manager

we're seeking a dedicated Home Manager to lead our new specialised unit, opening in January 2025. This unit will provide care for residents with complex needs, including severe mental health challenges and advanced dementia with challenging behaviors. Ideal Candidate: * Minimum of 5 years' management experience in a complex care setting * Strong understanding of best practice nursing care for adults with complex needs and severe dementia * Ability to manage challenging behaviors and create a supportive environment There is a very attractive package with this job role
