Contracts Manager

Our clients are a Main Contractor specialising in Regeneration and Social Housing and Schools refurbishment. They have a roofing division, regeneration / refurbishment division and planned maintenance / voids divisions

They are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager or an experienced Contracts Manager looking to take that step up into overall Operations Management

The first 6 months will be more of a Contracts Manager role which after 6 months will turn into the newly appointed Operations Management role

Applicants MUST have a background in refurbishment and Social Housing / local authority projects to be considered

Trade background is preferable
