Client Services Representative (German Speaking)

Customer Care Representative - UK - Bilingual German (or Swiss German) / English "I loved being in the German team as we get to work from home most of the time. Customer Care Representatives provide 1st class customer service to German customers by building relationships, resolving queries on a wide variety of complex topics and processing orders and changes. Customer Care is the first contact point for customers. Answer German speaking customer queries and process incoming customer requests via phone and email management software. Process customer orders using in-house system software. Make outgoing phone calls to customers where appropriate in order to achieve a satisfactory resolution. Develop relationships where possible, building opportunities with both new and existing customers and ensuring high levels of customer service. Must be fluent in both oral and written English and German. Able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Must have a UK visa o Week 1: Monday to Friday - 07:00 to 15:15 o Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday - 07:30 to 15:45 o Week 3: Monday to Friday - 11:00 to 19:15 o Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday - 08:00 to 16:15 o Week 5: Monday to Friday - 11:45 - 20:00 This is a WFH role with typically 1 day per month in a modern integrated office in Cambridgeshire so you can collaborate with colleagues.
