Externals Senior Site Manager

Job DescriptionOur client is a well known and established London Residential development business specialising in the construction of high spec projects across London.Due to continued expansion, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager who ideally has a background in Civil Engineering / RC Frame.Reporting to the on-site Project Manager, you will assist in the smooth delivery of this 289 unit scheme in North West London.Project information:289 units across 3 x blocks RC Frame blocks ranging from 7 to 12 Storey. Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the construction of a development, including all associated pre commencement works, ensuring that targets are met regarding health and safety, delivery to build programme quality, customers care, and cost.Responsibilities:Ensuring compliance on site. Co-ordinating labour and resources on siteManage material levels on site to ensure the minimum amount of stock.Ensuring that all plots are built to the highest standard of quality.Undertaking company directed quality control procedures and inspections.Monitoring and controlling the cost of production, and approving payment to contractors and trades where appropriate. Initiating and attending plot inspections with the Local Building Inspector. Carrying out toolbox talks or similar on-site briefings. Liaising proactively with other internal departments, externals suppliers and partners to ensure the build programme is achieved To deliver a high standard of site presentation at all times. Suitable candidates must have:3 / 5 years as a Senior Site Manager Civil Engineering background Residential Contracting experience Stable career history Valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Inspection etc RC Frame experience On offer:Basic salary up to £80,000 Car allowance - £5,000Holiday entitlement Pension Healthcare Bonus
