Pay Rate:
- £12.00 per hour
Hours:
- 8.30am to 5pm - Monday-Friday
Role and Responsibilities include:
In this role, you will create, check and issue various project-related documents. You will be supporting the business with:
- Planograms
- Merchandising units on-site
- Production Specifications
- Client documentation, e.g. Kit lists
- Creating cutter guides using Illustrator or 2D drawing software
- Instructions for installations and maintenance
- Assisted designers with additional documents or required support. Eg. photographing units, creating reference catalogues
Reporting to the Shared Services Manager, you will work closely with all departments to deliver shared services across the business. Communication and organisation skills are key for this position, along with good attention to detail.
About you:
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience with Adobe applications is preferred but not essential (training will be provided)
- Previous experience in point of sales an advantage but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritise projects to meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communications skills to effectively communicate with other departments within the company
