The Role and Responsibilities – Reporting to the Commercial Manager * Obtain and agree procurement schedule. * Establish variation dates with client. * Raise draft invoices to accounts department. * Produce projected sales forecast when the valuation dates are known. * Set up valuation format based around the tender document. * Submit valuations to the client in accordance with the valuation dates. * Obtain payment certificate. * Ensure accounts raise an invoice. * Place sub-contract orders. * familiar with the whereabouts and basic content of the company Business Management System and specifically Procedure 6 – Surveying. * Familiar with the whereabouts and basic content of the Environmental Management System and specifically the current targets set by the company. * Holder of the applicable CSCS card relating to the above position and to conduct all aspects of work in accordance with the knowledge deemed from the CSCS process. * To abide by all rules when visiting sites on behalf of the company. Indicators include signing in and out, being aware of and complying with PPE rules. Familiarisation with site evacuation processes etc. * To report to the HSQE department any health, safety or environmental issues seen as a part of everyday business. Fit out, refurbishment, glass, glazing, curtain walling, facade, cladding, interiors, partitions, ceilings, interior glazing, joinery, commercial fit out.
