Our remit is to ensure customer data is securely collected, managed, and accessed while also ensuring effective customer communication and engagement through our CRM and Loyalty platforms.Our current work is focused on the implementation of a new, state-of-the-art Loyalty Platform, built on a modern tech stack that provides more flexibility on how we integrate the digital world into our restaurants.
