Externals / Groundworks Project Manager

My client is a major contractor in the UK with a large workload throughout London and the surrounding areas.I am looking for a Package/Project Manager for an ongoing 400m Commercial Project near Green Park.

The Role

• Construction Lead for Hard & Soft Landscaping and 278 works
• Liaision with local authority and london underground
• Boots on site individual but commercially aware and experience of challenging consultants/designers in relation to Design matters.

Requirements

• Strong external works experience
• Contracting or Groundworks sub contracting experience
• Valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE TO START

Rate of Pay

• 380- 420 - PAYE Umbrella or CIS Umbrella
