This service is the home of 42 residents with individual personalities and different support needs including some with dementia.As an Extra Care service, the individuals we support here are 55+and live in their own self-contained flat.Duties will include:Ensuring health and wellbeing of residents.Providing personal care and emotional support.Medication administration.Participating in stimulating activities.Involving residents in a person-centred approach.What skills and experience do you need? A background of working with older people is desired, but not necessary as full training and support from senior staff and management is provided.
