This is a growing accountancy practice, and are looking to recruit a young, hungry, and ambitious individual, who is planning to grow and develop their skills and understanding, growing their career alongside the practice Semi Senior Accountant Job Overview Preparation of management accounts, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Preparation of statutory accounts in accordance with UK GAAP/IFRS Handling VAT returns, and bookkeeping responsibilities Assisting clients with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Learning and training within audit, which could cover 10% of the role Managing deadlines and ensuring timely submission of accounts Semi Senior Accountant Job Requirements Experience with management accounts and statutory accounts, with a willingness to learn in these areas Always looking to learn, train, and develop your skillset At least 2 years experience in accountancy practice AAT studying or qualified, or ACCA part qualified Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills UK Citizen with no requirement for sponsorship Semi Senior Accountant Salary & Benefits Salary depending on experience, ranging from £23k-30k Hybrid working - 3 days in office, and 2 days from home Regular training, development, and progression opportunities Statutory sick pay, pension contribution, and holiday Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
